The PLTP provides an opportunity for undergraduates/graduates to develop a
thorough understanding of the activity of a profession in an intellectually rigorous
fashion.
While taking the course, you:
- Are offered a guaranteed appointment letter with the leading corporates. ( V-mart, Ebony, Indiabulls, Kotak Mahindra, Zauri Ivestments, HG retail who are recruiters for levis, reebok,rockport, and united colours of bennetton.) with a stipend.
- You are job ready by the end of the 6th mnth.

Certificates and certifications
PLTP will finish with the award of a Diploma certificate that represents the following:
- Attendance - this indicates that the candidate participated in the course.
- Course Completion - this normally indicates successful course completion to an acceptable standard often with an end of course assessment.
Together with PLTP, the learners also will also be tested, and if successful, be awarded Professional Competence Certificate by the employer and can be used as a reference for future jobs.. There are 4 Levels of Professional Competence.
Creating an ongoing learning environment
PLTP learners can go on to complete Advanced*/Higher Advanced* by investing another 6 months. They also can complete PG Diploma* by investing another year.
• Undergraduates are eligible for Diploma
• Graduates are eligible PG Diploma
• Eligibility for PG Diploma is Higher Advanced Diploma /Graduation or Advanced Diploma + minimum 2 years experience for Undergraduates.
